I never really knew Carlos like I knew his brother Spencer who loved my late sister, Marilyn. My significant other, Bear, went fishing as much as he could with Carlos and Spencer. I remember him visiting Bear in the hospital when his wife was also in there. he was every bit a fun loving man and an avid fisherman. No doubt, from Spencer and Carlos relationship, he was a very loving brother. We will miss you greatly!
